This 1st tier caters to the individual that is always in the weight room, but just needs a plan to follow! A personalized program that focuses on YOUR needs and goals. With one 15 minute conversation in the month of the program for accountability and to update goals and progress.

I NEED SOME GUIDANCE!

For the person who has some experience but needs assistance and understanding of a proper training program. A personalized program tailored for progression and goals with detailed instructions for each exercise. One 15 minute conversation every 2 weeks to help you stay motivated and encouraged.

I NEED IT ALL!

Best for injury prevention, post-injury rehabilitation, athletes looking to excel in sport form, or anyone who is looking for personalized tweaks in their fitness program/strength training. This tier includes a personalized program with detailed instructions for all exercises, one 15 minute conversation a week for accountability, motivation and encouragement. Including video analysis of exercises for safety and effectiveness via phone call, Google Meet, or Zoom.
